We’re excited to announce the PCAM x Balance the Mix Mentorship Scheme—a free, six-month program designed to support female and gender-expansive music producers and composers as they navigate the music media industry.

This initiative pairs experienced mentors with emerging talent, offering 12 hours of mentorship over six months (either 30 minutes weekly or one hour biweekly). Sessions are flexible, allowing mentees to focus on what matters most—whether it’s creative guidance, industry insights, or personal support.

Our goal is to uplift underrepresented voices, build confidence, and create a sense of community in what can often be an isolating career path. In collaboration with PCAM (The Professional Composers & Arrangers of Media), mentees will also receive a free PCAM membership, granting access to valuable resources, including contract support, industry advice, and guidance on AI in music.

Together, we’re shaping a more inclusive and supportive future for music creators. 🎶
